This website is designed to provide product information and safety education. This policy explains the categories of information that may be handled when you use the website or contact support.

Website analytics

To understand site usage and improve download conversion, we record page paths, App Store and Google Play download clicks, request timestamps, IP addresses, country, province or state, and derived device type, operating system, and browser category. We do not store the complete browser User-Agent string. We do not use this data for advertising or sell it to third parties. Raw event and IP data is automatically deleted after 30 days. Access is limited to a password-protected administrative dashboard.

Cloudflare

Cloudflare provides hosting, security, IP geolocation, and the D1 database used for website analytics. Requests are processed under Cloudflare's applicable privacy and data-processing terms.

Support messages

If you email support, we receive the address and content you choose to send. We use it to respond to your request and maintain support records.

App privacy

The mobile apps may require local network, Bluetooth, camera, or sensor access for features you choose to use. App Store and Google Play privacy disclosures, together with consent screens shown by the apps, govern those permissions. Do not collect or upload scan results unless the production apps actually require it and this policy is updated accordingly.
