What should I pack for a hotel room privacy check?
Most travelers can start with the phone they already use, its charger, a compact flashlight, offline reservation and support details, and a clear arrival plan. Specialized equipment is optional and does not guarantee detection.
Does the packing-list generator scan for hidden cameras?
No. It only creates a preparation list from broad trip selections. It cannot access the camera, scan a network, inspect a room, identify a device, or certify that a space is safe.
Are my trip details stored?
No. The generator does not ask for dates, destinations, addresses, names, or booking numbers. The broad selections are processed in the current browser tab and reset when the page is refreshed.
Do I need to buy a dedicated detector?
Not for this packing list. Begin with ordinary items you already own and a careful physical routine. Dedicated equipment can still produce false positives and requires informed interpretation.
